Masters Program

The Masters Program offers case management, individual therapy, peer support and medication management support. The program helps adults ages 55 and older increase their ability to lead happy, independent, productive, and socially integrated lives. The Masters Program has groups in its program and groups in senior centers through the Vital Aging project.

Vital Aging Program

A collaboration between Valley and Salt Lake County Aging & Adult Services, this national award-winning project empowers older adults across the Salt Lake Valley by teaching them skills necessary to take action and make lasting changes so they can lead more active and rewarding lives.
