Housing programs range from independent living to supportive housing and are primarily focused on helping individuals maintain housing and work towards self-sufficiency. All residents must be at least 18 years of age.

Storefront

Storefront is an outpatient program that offers daily services and case management to unsheltered individuals who have serious mental illness (SMI) who may also have another disorder, such as substance use. In addition to our outpatient services, Storefront offers a Homeless Outreach Team to reach out to individuals in the community to connect them to services. Learn more through our Access Treatment Services page.

Permanent Supportive Housing

We have close to 300 supportive housing units for individuals challenged by a history of homelessness, mental health, and substance use issues. Depending on the unit, residents may have access to a range of services, including apartment living support, vocational and living skills development, medication management, benefit assistance, socialization, peer support, and individual or group therapy.
