Valley Plaza offers supervised cooperative living apartments for 56 residents with serious mental illness (SMI). Valley Plaza offers a variety of services including case management, medication support, and 24-hour assistance. This program also offers Program-Based Housing that includes medication management, pharmacological management, case management, therapy, and daily living and life skills development.
