Safe Haven offers 25 transitional housing units designed for clients with serious mental illness (SMI) and a history of chronic homelessness. Residents receive support in apartment living, home maintenance, medication management, benefits management, skills development, socialization, therapy, and peer support services. This transitional housing allows residents to maintain their homelessness status, ensuring eligibility for permanent housing.
