Housing/Supportive Living applications without income cannot be considered at this time.

Valley Behavioral Health now operates a walk-in Intake and Access clinic for clients seeking outpatient services!

Please come to our 1020 S Main St location anytime Monday – Friday between 8:30am and 3:00pm

Bring a copy of your ID and insurance card along with any other clinical documentation such as hospital discharge paperwork.
